It is not often that I am impressed enough with a business that I am compelled to write a review, but Brad and Mike?? are well deserving of this recognition. We were touring throughout the U.S. and as luck would have it on a Friday afternoon our bus overheated a couple times. We had a show that night in Lubbock but had to leave immediately the next morning to make the next venue. Brad spent considerable time on the phone with me while traveling going over the issue that would help diagnose the cause. Although it was a Friday and after closing, he told me to come over and he would take a look. I have worked with many mechanics and auto service centers in the past. I couldn't help to be overly impressed with Brads willingness to help when we were in a tough situation on a Friday night. His professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and motor, patience, explanation of the cause and thorough review and tests were much more than I could have expected. He gave us a good understanding of the issue and the confidence to continue on the tour. Totally impressed. Thanks Brad for going over and beyond!
